As the Tele Switch allows you to control use of your wash machine(s), it also allows you to allow others to use your machine for a price, and have a record of this, which you can invoice on.
You will be aware that Truck washes or any type of vehicle wash is not cheap to set up, get approvals and run these days. So making a bit back from it (if it's not going to cost you to administer) would be an idea.
Data collected by the Tele Switch software logs, may be used to invoice users in situations where other companies are using the wash or other departments or depots are using the wash and cost recovery is a consideration.
Logs show the user name, the time accessed and the option accessed, as illustrated on the right. (the activation would in your system, show a name).
- These logs can be coverted to a spreadsheet or PDF by extracting the usage data collected in the logs for easy invoicing using our sorting tool.
- Admin on these machines are minimal. The information is easy to invoice to customers as the sorting tool will give you a report detailing the number and type of washes to bill. Its just a matter of preparing one invoice a month for the total number of washes.
- The import can be by export of csv file into your accounting system or by manual entry.
The Tele Switch machines can be leased or bought outright. The lease includes servicing, and a lease is an expense, buying outright its a depreciable asset. Check with your accountant as to which option is best for you.
